Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between PrivacyProxy and customers for the use of the PII masking proxy service.

2. Service Description

PrivacyProxy provides a proxy service that:

• Forwards API requests to LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Automatically detects and masks personally identifiable information (PII)
• Unmasks responses and returns them

3. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)

Customers use their own API keys for LLM providers. PrivacyProxy does not store these keys. Keys are only used to forward requests.

4. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime (Enterprise plan). Maintenance windows will be announced in advance.

5. Liability

PrivacyProxy is not liable for:

• Outages of LLM providers
• Undetected PII (we recommend additional review for critical data)
• Indirect damages or lost profits

6. Pricing and Payment

Current prices are available on our website. Payments are due monthly in advance.

7. Termination

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

8. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
